Elaine began her career in the food industry on the supply side spending a total of 10 years with TreeSweet, and 5 years as Western Zone Manager for Centre Brands ( now called Specialty Brands ). In 1990, she opted to join the broker ranks as Business Manager for Bromar - Southern California where she expanded her skills to become one of the premier frozen food account executives in the market. Elaine left Bromar in 1995, to become Vice President of the newly created Frozen Food Division at Golden State Sales and Marketing. While at Golden State Elaine's presence in the market continued to grow through her involvement in a number of industry clubs and her dedication to the Orange County Chapter of Muscular Dystrophy where she serves on the executive committee. The Performance Group was pleased with Elaine's decision to join the company in June, 2001, as General Manager of the Frozen Division.
